The event was organized by the State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance and the Ministry of Health at the Central Children's Hospital of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in the name of Aziz Aliyev.
Vusal Mammadov, Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Health of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Vusal Mammadov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance and employees of the Agency spoke about the necessity and goals of the event. Participants were informed that “ Health Information Management System ” is being established in medical institutions involved in the application of compulsory health insurance and that the reporting on medical services provided to the insured is being carried out on software. The improvement and implementation of this system in a fully centralized manner, the gaps in the system, a number of shortcomings, the creation of new modules and a number of changes have been widely discussed. In particular, it was noted that the main function and main purpose of compulsory health insurance is to establish proper accountability of medical institutions and a transparent financing mechanism. Employees of the State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance visually demonstrated the shortcomings in the reports of doctors and informed the doctors that the required funds were therefore reduced and paid to the medical institution. The rules of medical examination were explained to the participants of the event in the form of a presentation in accordance with the legislation. The event continued around the discussion and doctors' questions were answered. The event will continue in the coming days with a presentation and visual presentation in the form of training.
It should be noted that measures related to the formation of accountability and full provision of electronicization will be continued in other state medical institutions that have a contract with the Agency.
