What is an "Immunity Certificate" and to whom is it issued?

"Certificate of Immunity" confirms the immune response after being infected with the coronavirus. Persons who have experienced the disease of COVID-19 and have taken a PCR test, the result of which is positive and are officially registered, can obtain an "Immunity certificate".
