Rules for writing a letter to the Ministry of Health of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic
BEFORE SENDING AN APPLICATION IN ELECTRONIC FORM TO THE ADDRESS OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, PLEASE READ THE RULES:
- Applications sent in electronic form through the official website of the Ministry of Health of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic are submitted to the General Department of the Ministry of Health of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and are subject to the Law No. 314-IQ dated June 10, 1997 of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the procedure for considering citizens' applications", as well as the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan It is registered and processed in accordance with the "Rules for conducting the clerical work on proposals, applications and complaints of citizens in state authorities, departments, organizations and enterprises" approved by the Decree dated December 29, 1998.
- Before writing the text, it is important to answer the prescribed form correctly.
- The text must be written in the alphabet of the language in which it is written, it should not be written entirely in upper or lower case letters, it should be divided into sentences, and the rules for using punctuation marks should be followed.
- The application should be written in clear and fluent sentences. If the author does not provide accurate information about himself, the application will not be answered.
- The text of the electronic application should not exceed 1500 characters.
- There should be no attached files in the electronic application.
- Letters with long texts, copies of documents, photographs and other permitted attachments should be sent to the e-mail address of the Ministry of Health of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic: info@nsehiyye.gov.az or by regular mail to the following address:
